AAA's "Scholars Abroad Program" is an initiative which offers grants to talented, but needy students, to pursue post graduate study in the United States. The American Alumni Association's "Scholars Abroad" program aims to remove any financial obstacles from the path of talented and exceptionally bright students who seek educational opportunities in the U.S. The grant that has been provided to these students will allow them to circumvent financial challenges, optimize their potential and broaden their future prospects. We had received applications from students pursuing higher studies in fields like Automobile Engineering, Architecture, Computer Sciences, Occupational Therapy, Periodontology, Degree in Vocals Performance and Veterinary Medicine. Each of these students is well-deserving candidates in whose talent the AAA is proud to invest both, money and faith.

This year the AAA has given, by the way of grants, a total of Rs.18 lacs to eighteen students, after conducting a rigorous selection process by well established professionals. These students will join top US universities to pursue their higher education. The event was hosted at Hotel J W Marriott, the hospitality partner for this event.

The dignitaries present at this event organized at the J W Marriott included, David Tyler – Acting Consul General, US Consulate, Harshal Shah, Mr. Vijay Raheja, Nadir Godrej Mudit Jain, Kishore Mehta, Adille Sumariwala, Ashok Lulla and others.
