American Alumni Association (AAA): It is a voluntary organization established in 1968, whose members are alumni of various US Universities, currently residing in India. AAA is a non-profit organization registered as a charitable institution under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 and is approved under section 80 (G) of the Income Tax Act. Currently AAA has more than 600 members on its rolls.
AAA Vision:
AAA aims to be the premier non-profit global body that represents & promotes the interests of individuals who have studied in the United States of America & those who wish to study in the United States of America. It provides thought leadership in the area of educational, cultural and economic ties between India and the U.S. It includes many prominent members from the Indian Industries, Trade and Commerce and Multinational companies.
AAA Mission:
The AAA serves two constituencies:
1. Alums of US Institutions: To continue to be the most preferred body to encourage and assist students who wish to continue further studies in the US institutions. To provide information, assistance and networking among the members as well as to the returning alums from US institutions, this enhances their social and professional lives.
2. Students who wish to study in US Institutions: To provide informal counseling and information to the students who wish to study in US Institutions and financial assistance to qualified needy students.
